Sample food from tons of local restaurants at Taste of Oviedo, happening from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, March 26, at the Oviedo Mall, 1700 Oviedo Mall Blvd. in Oviedo. The event, featuring free admission, will also have a farmers market row, two stages featuring more than 20 entertainment acts, a bounce house, obstacle course and water boat ride for kids, food trucks and a beer truck. Oviedo’s Egg-Ceptional Family Festival is from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, April 9 at Center Lake Park, 299 Center Lake Lane in Oviedo. There will be a three-legged race, a potato sack race, an egg and spoon race, egg decorating, face painting, coloring stations, activity tables, inflatables, and photos with the Easter Bunny. There will also be a kids’ show by Mr. Harley. Tickets cost $10 and can be purchased here. Adults admission is free. Get more information.
