Oviedo Community News is an independent, reader-powered and directed, nonprofit newsroom. OCN asks people about their information needs in order to create impactful, public-service journalism that people can use to make better informed decisions in their daily lives. Although we’ll never charge for the news, it does cost money to produce. We rely on generous reader donations so that those who can’t pay can always have access. We could not do this work without you!
OCN has created different membership levels so that anyone can become a member. From one-time gifts to monthly donations to our major donor program, anyone can help bolster this important work in the community.
When you donate to OCN on any of the three major giving levels listed above, you get the opportunity to designate a nonprofit of your choice to receive one month of free advertising on our website and in our newsletter.
