Sugarmill project prompts school capacity, compatibility discussion
The Oviedo City Council is expected to consider a request to change the zoning district of nearly 14 acres along Sugar Mill Road from office commercial to residential for the development of a 557-unit multi-family complex, currently named Sugarmill Apartments.
