We’re in between holidays but that doesn’t mean there isn’t a ton do, including a massive craft fair.

One of Oviedo’s biggest events of the year, Great Day in the Country is a huge craft fair that’s also one day only. Come see the OCN team while you’re out there this weekend. And after that, stop by the Central Winds Music Festival in Winter Springs.

Thursday

Healthy Kids Running Series is hosting a Fall Running Series at 4:30 p.m. every Sunday through Nov. 17 at Long Lake Park, 1350 Carolyn Drive in Oviedo. Kids ages 2-years-old through those in eighth grade are encouraged to participate. The five-week series includes a shirt and medal on week 5 for the price of $50. Learn more.

Veterans Day

Oviedo on the Park’s Veteran Tribute is at 5 p.m. Nov. 11, 2024 at 301 Center Lake Lane.  The Oviedo Memorial Legion Post 243 will be honoring all military veterans whom have served in the United States Armed Forces and unveiling the newly added veterans to the tribute. Learn more.

The City of Winter Springs will honor those who served our country in the military at a Veterans Day Tribute, from 6-7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 11 at the Town Center on Tuskawilla Road. Learn more.
