Scottish Highland Games Winter Springs Central Florida

Dust off your kilt and kilt hose and get ready for one of Seminole County’s biggest annual events: The Central Florida Scottish Highland Games. In its 48th year this celtic celebration brings together tens of thousands to the fields of Central Winds Park for a weekend of Scottish celebration. Haggis, a caber toss, heavy stone carrying, axe throwing, music, dancing, singing, sheepdog exhibition and more await you. Join Oviedo’s annual tradition of the Martin Luther King Jr. Day Parade as it makes its way from Round Lake Park to Center Lake Park, where it will kick off the annual MLK Day festival. It starts at 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 19, continuing with the festival at 11 a.m. the same morning. Learn more. 

Dance the night away at a New Year Neon Silent Disco at the Yoga Lab.
