From STEM to soccer and flag football to theater, Oviedo Community News rounded up camps for kids in Greater Oviedo and Winter Springs and put them in a handy guide.

City of Winter Springs’ Camp Sunshine

Enroll your children, grades 1-6, in Camp Sunshine, the City of Winter Springs’ summer camp where kids will build social, communication, and physical skills. There will be themed camp weeks with games, creative activities, and field trips to Gatorland, Aquatica, the Kennedy Space Center, and more! Camp is 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday and runs June 1 through July 31, with no camp the week of June 29 to July 3. It’s at 400 N. Edgemon Ave. in Winter Springs and costs $170 for residents and $225 for non-residents. A sibling discount rate is available. Imagine Performing Arts Center Summer Camp

Enroll your children in grades K-12 in a plethora of themed shows, from “Annie Jr.,” “Stranger Things,” “Wicked,” and more. There are multiple summer camp sessions available from June 8-July 31 at 1220 Oviedo Mall Blvd. in Oviedo. One-week camps are $350 and two-week camps are $600. The Zen Life Center Adventurer Summer Camp

Each day campers get fun classes in martial arts, fitness, self-defense, survival skills, and life skills.  On most days, the second half of the day includes a field trip. The camp has half-day and full-day options. Drop off is from 8-9 a.m. and pick up is at 12:30 p.m. for half-day from 4:30-6:15 p.m. for full day. The camp runs June 1 – Aug. 7 and costs $225/week for full days and $175/week for half-days. The day rate is $65. There’s also a $99 one-time initial registration, which includes art/craft supplies and a camp T-shirt. Call or text 407-657-1212 to enroll.

Double Down Athletics Summer Camp

Take your children ages 3-13 to get active this summer at Double Down Athletics’ cheer, sports, or pre-school camps. Camp activities include a different sport every day, games, water fun, inflatables, themed events, ice cream and pizza parties, crafts, and more. Camp will be from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. at 1551 Swanson Drive in Oviedo. The cheer camp will be June 22-26 and July 27-31, while the sports and pre-school camp will be June 1-Aug. 7, with no camp the week of June 29. For more information, contact 407-365-8021. Orlando Ballet School Summer Camp

Harriett Orlando Ballet Centre is having multiple summer camp sessions with varying technique levels and styles of dance for children ages 3-12+. From Baby & Me, to Intro to Ballet, to Intermediate and Advanced: there’s a class for everyone this summer. The camps take place from June 1-July 25 with evening sessions ending July 23 at 600 N. i9 Sports Youth Basketball Summer Camp

Bring your basketball players ages 4-12 to i9’s youth basketball summer program to sharpen their skills and play against their peers. The camp includes an opening day and playoffs, as well as weekly awards, and runs from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. June 20-Aug. 1 at 1240 Sanctuary Drive in Oviedo. The cost varies depending on registration date, with the price rising by $20 per week every month leading up to the registration deadline on May 27. For more information, contact 407-228-2111. Kiddie Academy Summer Camp

Bring your children ages 2-12 to Kiddie Academy’s summer program to do hands-on activities that stimulate the mind, including exploring machines, making culinary treats, and exploring characters and stories from different genres of literature. Code Ninjas Summer Camp

All technology-loving children ages 5-14 should be enrolled in Code Ninjas summer camps from May 28-Aug. 7, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. where they can learn how to code, design games, learn about climate engineering, and more. Doodle Bugs Summer Camp

Enroll your children ages 5-12 in this summer camp that focuses on STEAM, creativity, and friendship. There will be weekly themes from  June 1-Aug. 6, on-site field trips, and access to an on-site swimming pool. Breakfast, lunch and snacks are included daily. Kids R Kids Summer Camp

If your kids love activities, field trips, and teamwork, enroll them in Kids R Kids’ summer camp at 315 Alafaya Woods Blvd. in Oviedo. La Petite Academy Summer Camp

Enroll your children from toddler age to 12 in this summer camp full of fun activities, outdoor playtime, and more. Gregory Archery Summer Camp

Do your kids love archery? At Gregory Archery summer camp, kids can master the bow and arrow, compete in tournaments and more. The camp is for children ages 5-14, and all skill levels are welcome. Equipment and snacks are provided, but parents will need to provide box lunches, water, hat, sunscreen, and camping chairs are optional. The camp will take place from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. in the month of June at 3377 Aloma Ave in Winter Park. Prices vary depending on how many children are enrolled and how many weeks they are attending. The Taste of Curiosity Summer Camp

Children ages 5-8 who love to cook or want to learn can enroll in The Taste of Curiosity’s summer camps, with varying weekly themed meals, from June 1 through July 30. The camp will be held from Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m. to noon at 100 Alexandria Blvd., Suite 10, in Oviedo. Each camp day includes a lunch/dinner dish, sweet treat, craft, and games. House of Champions Wrestling Summer Camp

If your kids love to wrestle, you can enroll them in the HOC Pro-Wrestling kid camp. The camp is for children ages 8-15 with themed wrestling across eight weeks, from June 1 to July 31. There is a full-day option from 9 a.m.-4 p.m., and a half-day option from 9 a.m.-noon or 1 p.m.- 4 p.m. at 2100 N Ronald Reagan Blvd. in Longwood. Kinetic Dance Force Summer Camp

Enroll your kids ages 4-12 in an Under the Sea-themed dance summer camp where they’ll learn jazz, lyrical, acro, and musical theatre genres through energetic and fun choreography inspired by Disney animated films. The camp is from July 20-23, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. for a full-day, priced at $325, or 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. for a half-day, priced at $250. Early bird prices are $300 and $225. Ace Gymnastics Summer Camp

If your kids ages 4-12 love gymnastics and other activities, enroll them in Ace Gymnastics’ summer camp that includes daily gymnastics, field trips, playground time, arts and crafts, etc. The camp runs from May 28 through Aug. 7 from 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m. The morning half-day is from 7:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., and the afternoon half-day is from 1 p.m.-6 p.m. It costs $225/week, taking place at 400 Gold Medal Ct. Winter Springs Performing Arts Center Summer Camp

If you have children ages 5-10 and up that love to perform, enroll them in any of Winter Springs Performing Arts Center’s 10 non-audition musical camps. The one-week camps will take place from June 1 through Aug. 7, with varying themes. Ages 5+ camps are Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m.-2:45 p.m., and $325, and the ages 10+ camp is Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to noon, and $300, at 1425 Tuskawilla Road, #145, in Winter Springs. Songbirds Music, Art, & Dance Center Summer Camp

Enroll your creative children in Songbirds Music, Art, & Dance Center’s weekly summer camps with different themes based on your children’s interest. From May 28 through Aug. 7, there will be hands-on activities such as bracelet-making, pottery, painting, etc., for children of specific grade levels, all with varying prices. Oviedo YMCA Summer Break CampFor a range of activities in one camp, consider enrolling them in Oviedo YMCA Family Center’s elementary full-day, middle full-day, or half-day camps. Class Athlete Summer CampBring your student athletes ages 5-14 to Class Athlete’s 2026 multi-sport  summer camp to play soccer, flag football, basketball, dodgeball, alongside daily warm-up exercises, game scrimmages, and more. The camp is available from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday, June 1 through Aug, 7 at Fellowship Church, 5340 Red Bug Lake Road in Winter Springs.
