The Improving Oviedo Neighborhoods advisory committee is is hosting a spring cleanup event from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 2 at Refreshing Springs Primitive Baptist Church, 291 Denis Street in Oviedo. Oviedo’s Egg-Ceptional Family Festival is from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, April 9 at Center Lake Park, 299 Center Lake Lane in Oviedo. There will be a three-legged race, a potato sack race, an egg-and-spoon race, egg decorating, face painting, coloring stations, activity tables, inflatables, and photos with the Easter Bunny.
