Bicycle Lessons for All Ages and Abilities

Tammy Bishop Occupational Therapy, LLC is doing business as Bicycle Lessons 4 All. Lessons are provided right here in Oviedo, FL.

“Tammy taught our 11-year old to ride her bike in only a few lessons and we could not be more thrilled! She is incredibly encouraging and patient which was so helpful since our daughter was feeling anxious at first. Just last year our daughter was convinced she’d never learn to ride her bike and now she’s asking to go out and ride every chance she gets.”

Hi, My name is Tammy and I’m an occupational therapist who teaches bicycle lessons. Since 2018, I’ve taught over 350 fearful students (children and adults) how to ride.

As students work through my system of steps, their fear decreases and their confidence increases, and they begin to feel the joy and independence that comes from riding.

Falling and failing are not a part of my lessons. Students are taught to trust their body’s protective reactions while learning the balance and coordination required for pedaling a bike without training wheels.

Is your child afraid to learn how to ride? Do you or an adult you know want to learn but are fearful or not sure how to start? Please contact me. I would love to help.
