Bike Takeover Night is happening from 6-10 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 24 at Rock and Brews Oviedo, 7131 Red Bug Lake Road. There will be a DJ, food, drinks, prizes and giveaways at this event, hosted by 911 Biker Law. Learn more.

Parents can have a night out while their kids have a Kids’ Night Out @ Cheyne Ranch from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 25 at 1963 Genova Dr. in Oviedo. Join Black Hammock Restaurant for their End of Summer Bash at 6 p.m. Friday, Aug. 25 at 2316 Black Hammock Fish Camp Road in Oviedo. There will be drink specials, Kona Big Wave samplings and giveaways, hula dancers, fire dancers and live music by The Rollables, playing a mix of ’50s to ’90s rock, pop and R&B. Join Oviedo Brewing Run Club’s Tuesday night run from 6:30-10 p.m. at 1280 Oviedo Mall Blvd. Participants gather at the front of Oviedo Brewing Company every Tuesday evening and start the run at 6:30 p.m.

Dementia-Friendly Dining is every Tuesday from 2-5 p.m. at Perkins Restaurant, 701 E. State Road 434 in Winter Springs and every Wednesday from 2-5 p.m. at the Town House Restaurant, 139 N.
