Nicole Abbondandolo

Nicole Abbondandolo is the Director of Development at Central Florida Public Media, the only
nonprofit news organization covering our nine-county region. She focuses on creating and
implementing comprehensive fundraising strategies, ensuring the organization has the
resources to fulfill its mission of providing high-quality journalism and fact-based content to the
community.
Nicole has over 12 years of nonprofit experience in Central Florida. She previously served as
Community Relations Manager at the Conductive Education Center of Orlando (CECO), a
special needs nonprofit that assists individuals with neurological motor disabilities. She also
served as the Membership Manager of The Edyth Bush Institute for Philanthropy and Nonprofit
Leadership at Rollins College Crummer School of Business, assisting those who work for
nonprofits with high-quality educational training and professional development.
Nicole’s passionate advocacy goes beyond her role at Central Florida Public Media, she also
devotes her time and expertise to various philanthropic causes and community service.
