Please note, advertising with Oviedo Community News must be confirmed before ad content is submitted. Ads will only run once payment has been received.

Deadlines
Ad content must be submitted a minimum of 3 business days prior to the publication. If an image file is inconsistent with Oviedo Community News’ ad specifications, the ad will be returned to the advertiser for modification. If content is submitted late or incorrectly, the advertiser risks having their ad not run or run as is.
Proofs
A screenshot proof of your ad will be sent for approval a minimum of one day before publication of the newsletter. If no response is received from the advertiser by the end of the day, the ad will be considered approved and will be published.
Best Practices
- Limit text on your advertisement image, make sure that no more than 30% of the image has text.
- Limit the number of logos on your advertisement image
- Ad should contain a single, simple action for customers to take.
Featured Listing Specs
Featured Event Listings sit at the top of our Your Weekend & Beyond section. One featured event listing is available per newsletter.
Featured Non-profit Listings are available in The Daily Briefing and include a highlighted listing near the end of the newsletter.

Preferred format: PNG or JPG/JPEG. If an image file is inconsistent with The Palm Springs Post’s ad specifications, the ad will be returned to the advertiser for modification.

Proofs

Content Underwriting Specs
All sponsored content will be included in perpetuity on the Oviedo Community News website, each article will be included in one newsletter.
Formatting
Transparency is important to Oviedo Community News. All underwritten content will be labeled as such and will include sponsor recognition at the top and the bottom of the article.
Deadlines
Underwritten content topics must be approved in advance to ensure Oviedo Community News has the capacity to execute.
Proofs
As a content underwriter, you will be financially supporting independent editorial coverage without being involved in the actual development of content. Because of this, no proofs will be sent.
Best Practices
- Include a UTM with your link that is unique to each underwritten content article.
- Include Oviedo Community News’ logo on your website to promote your community involvement.
- Share the underwritten content article(s) on your social media channels.
