Human Resources Specialist

Job Duties:
Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and assisting with interviews; prepare employment documentation and manage new hire onboarding processes; maintain accurate employee records and HR databases; ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws and company policies; assist in drafting and implementing internal policies and procedures; track employee benefits, time off, and training certifications; support performance evaluation processes and employee relations matters; assist with payroll processing and reporting in coordination with the accountant; monitor changes in HR regulations and advise employer accordingly; organize internal trainings, workshops, and team communications.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field, and 12 months of experience in a Human Resources or similar administrative role.

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Wage: Not less than $44,824 per year (or $21.55 per hour).
