UCF Lake Nona Hospital to host free electrocardiogram heart screenings for children and young adults

UCF Lake Nona Hospital, part of HCA Florida Healthcare, is partnering with Who We Play For to offer free heart screenings to young people aged 10-25 on the hospital campus Feb. 7. Who We Play For is an Orlando-based national nonprofit dedicated to eliminating sudden cardiac death in the young through affordable, attainable heart screenings. ECGs, which are painless and non-invasive, are administered by Who We Play For and reviewed by board-certified pediatric cardiologists with results in about 10 days.
