New yoga studio, day spa and events center

Sweet Surrender Yoga & Holistic Wellness is the newest yoga studio on the block, located at 1750 W. Broadway Street, suite 112, in Oviedo. We offer yoga classes, Tai Chi, Sound Bowl, Meditation Sundays and day spa services. The yoga space is available to rent for small events.

Cathryn Valor, the proprietor of Sweet Surrender Yoga & Holistic Wellness, is a yoga/meditation instructor and holistic health practitioner. She provides natural wellness options for work/life balance, stress and anxiety management, kidney and liver balance, and gut health. Her special method involves using the ZYTO Balance Bio Scanner hand cradle, which monitors excessive and insufficient bodily activity and collaborates with the client to identify the best course of action for restoring balance. To find foods that support gut health, a food scan can also be performed.

In addition to being a nutritional counselor, Cathy counsel’s clients on the value of maintaining proper hydration and other general healthy eating practices. She is passionate about helping clients reach their self-care objectives by combining natural wellness options with yoga, walking, different forms of meditation, breathing techniques, and other calming activities.

Vitamins and herbal supplements play an important role in healing the body of ailments, aches, pains, stress or sickness. Taking the right supplements is vital to overall health. A vitamin that is necessary for healthy organ function can cause havoc in the body if it is consumed in excess or insufficiently. Cathy helps by assessing the root cause and works with the client to repair it. Over time -and with dedication, the body reacts positively, and you begin feeling your best again!
