Marian is an Oviedo resident and senior at the University of Central Florida majoring in English literature and minoring in journalism. Her articles have been published by UCF’s student-run publications NSM Today and the Imprint magazine. She also covered the 2022 midterm election for the Orlando Sentinel and is an alumni of NPR’s Next Generation Radio program. Currently, she is a producer for her Electronic Journalism 1 class, helping students produce multimedia stories for 90.7 WMFE in Orlando. She’s pursuing a career in journalism and wants to be a voice for her community.
In her free time, she loves playing with her dog, and spending time with her sorority, Chi Omega.
