Platform: Webb said she hopes to remove some restrictions tying soil and water conservation members to agriculture, which limits who can run for the group. Webb also said she aims to make soil and water conservation relevant in the community by sharing what the SSWC does with other soil and water conservation districts in Florida because the state is trying to hamstring local authority over natural resources.
Why they are running: Webb said she is running for Group 1 because of the Florida Senate Bill 1078, passed in 2022, according to her website.
