Next Level Dads: Practical Skills for Raising Strong Kids
Your kids don’t need a perfect dad. They need a dad with a plan.
Most of us are winging it … figuring out discipline on the fly, hoping the character stuff sinks in, dreading the teenage years. This morning is about trading notes with dads who are in it with you, and walking out with skills you can use that night at the dinner table.
Four sessions, built around the arc every dad is on:
- Build the Foundation: What your kids actually need from you in the early years
- Coach Their Character: How to shape who they’re becoming, not just what they’re doing
- Discipline with Purpose: Correction that builds them up instead of breaking the relationship
- Release Them Strong: Preparing them (and yourself) for the day they walk out the door

HCA Florida Healthcare donates funds, volunteers at Second Harvest
More than 100 colleagues from HCA Florida Healthcare sites of care across the Greater Orlando region came together at Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida on April 3 and April 24 to help sort and pack food donations. On April 24, HCA Florida Healthcare volunteers also presented a $20,000 donation to help provide food to families experiencing insecurity. The events were part of HCA Healthcare’s national We Show Up for Our Communities initiative that occurs each April to address community needs through volunteering, making charitable donations and partnering with local organizations.
